We are seeking a results-driven Salesperson to promote and sell training, consulting, education, or advisory services to clients. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, a consultative approach, and the ability to understand client needs to provide tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients in training, consulting, education, or advisory services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Conduct needs analysis to understand client requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery.
Keep track of sales pipeline, follow-ups, and client feedback.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in training, consulting, education, or advisory services.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their business needs.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
