We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our fast-growing real estate brokerage, specializing in secondary and off-plan markets. This role is performance-driven, requiring someone who can lead from the front, build a team, and consistently deliver strong results.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the sales team across secondary and off-plan projects
Recruit and onboard 2–5 new agents each month
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain strong client and developer relationships
