Sales Coordinator
Job Location : Sharjah, United Arab Emirates
Roles & Responsibility :
•	Responsible for sales administration, control and communication of the wallpaper and flooring department.
•	Assist and support the sales team on managing schedules and distributing sales documentation.
•	Respond to customers, online and telephone enquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
•	Ensure the adequacy of sales related equipment and materials.
•	Responds to complaints from customers and give after sales support whenever necessary.
•	Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.
•	Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
•	Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
•	Assist in the preparation and organisation of promotional materials or events.
•	Perform special assignments as given by the Head of the Department.
Knowledge, Skill & Competencies :
•	Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any other related field.
•	2-3 years of experience in sales in Retail industry.
•	Strong collaboration and communication skills.
•	A team player with high level of dedication.
•	Proficient in MS Office.
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
