Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, shape, and bake various types of artisan bread and pastries.
Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all baked items.
Maintain hygiene and safety standards within the bakery area.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to meet production targets.
Assist in menu innovation and recipe development when required.
