Business Development Executive
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, and lead generation.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and sales, to develop and deliver tailored solutions.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
• Develop and present proposals, pitches, and other sales materials to clients and prospects.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business and partnerships.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline development, and market trends.
• Developed a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction in Facilities Management.
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
• Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
