Talent Acquisition & Compensation & Benefits Specialist
Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities:
•	Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding.
•	Design and implement competitive compensation frameworks based on market benchmarks.
•	Support HR data analysis and reporting to aid in strategic decision-making.
•	Collaborate with leadership to enhance employee engagement and retention initiatives.
•	Assist in workforce planning and HR projects aligned with the company’s 2026 expansion objectives.
Requirements:
•	4–7 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
•	Strong understanding of UAE labour laws and compensation practices.
•	Proficiency in HR software, analytics tools, and data interpretation.
•	Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•	Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
