Consultant Emergency Medicine

Job Location : Dubai, UAE

Job Summary:

• Provide expert care and treatment for patients presenting with medical emergencies.
• Oversee the clinical management of patients in the Emergency Department.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Triage and prioritize cases based on clinical urgency.
• Participate in clinical rounds, case discussions, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and ethical standards of care.
• Contribute to the training and development of junior medical staff and emergency department team members.
• Keep up-to-date with advancements in emergency medicine and implement best practices within the department.

Qualification:

• Must be a DHA-licensed Consultant in Emergency Medicine or possess a DHA Eligibility Letter.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Consultant in Emergency Medicine within a hospital setting in Dubai.
• Advanced Life Support certifications (e.g., ATLS, ACLS, PALS) are mandatory.
• Proficiency in both diagnosing and treating a wide range of acute medical conditions.
• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is preferable
