Eagle Environmental Services is seeking a qualified and passionate Taxonomy Technician to join our dedicated scientific team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in Entomology who are enthusiastic about laboratory research, pest taxonomy, and environmental analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
Report directly to the Entomologist and assist in carrying out all laboratory activities as per RTF specification Item 18.7.3.
Develop dichotomous and interactive identification keys for urban pest classification.
Conduct detailed studies on the effects of Physico-Chemical Parameters on mosquito larvae populations.
Rear and maintain colonies of urban pests such as cockroaches, flies, and mosquitoes for research and experimental purposes.
Perform laboratory and field testing of pesticides in compliance with OECD, WHO, or EPA standards.
Analyze experimental data using statistical software such as SPSS, SAS, or Minitab, and prepare professional technical reports.
Identify pest species accurately, document findings, and preserve biological specimens as per best practices.
Maintain laboratory supplies, records, and ensure full adherence to Tadweer Technical Guidelines and safety protocols.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree with a major in Entomology.
Minimum 1 year of professional experience in entomological research or pest management.
Strong analytical and laboratory skills.
Familiarity with pesticide testing, taxonomy tools, and data analysis software.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to environmental standards.
