We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Executive to join LM Exchange Company’s HR team in Dubai. The successful candidate will manage core HR functions across the employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth HR operations, compliance with UAE labour law, and timely support for business needs. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional with solid local experience in the exchange or financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, from job postings and shortlisting to orientation and induction.
Maintain and update employee records accurately within the HRMS.
Coordinate payroll inputs, track attendance and leave records, and assist with monthly payroll procedures.
Support performance appraisal cycles and drive employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with UAE labour regulations and internal company policies at all times.
Work closely with the PRO to handle visa processing, medicals, and Emirates ID formalities.
Assist with training administration, disciplinary procedures, and exit formalities across separations.
Manage HR tasks related to the Central Bank portal and perform regular updates as required.

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of HR experience working in Dubai, ideally within exchange or financial services.
Strong working knowledge of UAE labour law and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Immediate availability is preferred.
Experience with HRMS/HRMS modules and Microsoft Office.
