Receptionist
Job Location : Saudi Arabia
Responsibilities :
• Greet visitors and answer calls; direct to relevant departments
• Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and maintain visitor records
• Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence electronically
• Support general admin tasks (printing, scanning, archiving)
• Collaborate with internal departments for smooth front-desk operations
Requirements :
• Diploma or higher in Administration, Secretarial Studies, or Business Management (Bachelor’s preferred)
• At least 2 years of front-desk/reception experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Strong customer service, communication, and time management skills
• Basic proficiency in English (spoken & written)
