Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients interested in buying, selling, or renting properties
Conduct property viewings and presentations
Provide accurate market information and property valuations
Negotiate deals and close sales effectively
Maintain strong client relationships and follow-up for repeat business
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, approvals, and handovers
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
Stay updated on local real estate market trends and regulations
Requirements:
Graduate / Post Graduate in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate
3–5 years of experience in property sales or consultancy
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Customer-focused, professional, and self-motivated
Knowledge of Dubai real estate laws and regulations is preferred
Proficiency in MS Office and property portals
