Signature Stay Holiday Homes Boutique is seeking a hands-on Operations & Guest Relations Officer to take full ownership of day-to-day business operations across our properties in Dubai. This is a full operations role, not a front-desk position, designed for someone who thrives on structure, initiative, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily property operations including housekeeping, maintenance, inspections, and readiness
Manage guest communications, arrivals, and resolve issues with professionalism and warmth
Coordinate with cleaners, technicians, suppliers, and third-party vendors
Ensure DTCM compliance, maintain inventory, and manage reporting
Work directly with the founders to optimize systems and improve operational efficiency
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of relevant operations or hospitality experience in Dubai
Currently residing in Dubai; candidates outside the UAE will not be considered
Valid UAE driving license and own car mandatory for the role
Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is a plus
Highly organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to remain calm under pressure
Tech-savvy with property management or channel manager tools (e.g., Guesty, Hospitality)
Ability to manage people, processes, and overall performance, not just individual tasks
