We are seeking a highly organized and professional Senior Executive Assistant to manage the operations of both a rental business and a private residence in Dubai. This dual-role position requires exceptional management skills, discretion, and the ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the rental business and private residence
Manage administrative tasks, office operations, and staff coordination
Supervise household or estate staff and ensure smooth functioning of daily activities
Monitor budgets, manage expenditures, and maintain financial records
Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain integrity in all tasks
Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and contractors as needed
Support executive-level decisions and provide operational insights

Requirements:
Proven experience in executive assistance, estate management, house management, or office/administration management
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
Financial acumen for managing budgets and expenses
High level of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and office management tools
Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
