We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our client’s team in Jebel Ali, Dubai. Immediate joiners will be given preference. The role involves supporting the sales team with administrative and client-related tasks, ensuring smooth operations and coordination across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks
Communicate with clients and follow up on orders
Prepare quotations, reports, and presentations
Maintain records and coordinate with Accounts and Production teams
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field
1–2 years UAE experience in a Sales Admin or Coordinator role
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Knowledge of the construction industry is an advantage
