Al Ramz Capital L.L.C. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee financial operations, back-office transactions, reporting, and performance management within the organization. This role ensures the integrity of financial processes while supporting smooth operations across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Operations:
Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial operations, including auctioning and processing transactions between accounts
Produce reports, verify information, and reconcile balances
Review accounting functions including accounts management, revenue accounting, and collection monitoring

Back Office Transaction:
Supervise back-office transactions by gathering client requirements, following up with brokers, and checking client accounts
Prepare regular reports to support daily trading transactions
Ensure regularity of transactions and provide reports and confirmations to clients

Documentation & Controls:
Supervise documentation from Customer Care Officers and Broker Representatives
Ensure adequate controls to prevent insider trading

Report Management / Reporting:
Review daily management information reports and formulate commissions for invoicing
Develop periodic reports, financial plans, and client reviews for Head of Finance and Operations
Monitor credit transactions against approved limits and submit reports to Management

MIS & Performance:
Assist in developing and maintaining management information systems (MIS)
Support business performance management mechanisms

Technical Assistance:
Provide technical support, including research on listed securities, managed funds, market conditions, and government regulations
Settlement:
Prepare payments for settlement dues and compute daily net broker positions
Assist in ensuring all settlement obligations are met on time
Coordinate with brokers regarding trading limits, approvals, and deviations

Liaison:
Effectively interact with all internal departments, Customer Care Team, Brokerage, and Branch Offices

Competencies / Skills:
Strong knowledge of finance and stock market trading
High-level understanding of back-office requirements
Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
Strong analytical, judgmental, and interpretative skills
High-level IT proficiency
