We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Outlet Manager to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As an integral part of our food and beverage operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences while supporting the Outlet Manager in day-to-day operations.

Assist in leading, mentoring, and training the food and beverage operations team
Collaborate with the Outlet Manager to implement and maintain brand standards
Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and cost control
Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, address issues, and motivate staff
Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and guest satisfaction
Monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
Support the Outlet Manager in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Actively participate in menu planning and pricing strategies

Qualifications

Proven experience in a similar leadership role within the food and beverage industry
Strong service-focused personality with a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in inventory management and cost control techniques
In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including current industry trends
Understanding of relevant health and safety regulations
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Office suite
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus
