Key Responsibilities:
Fluency in Russian and English (both written and spoken).
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in HR software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and MS Office.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Experience:
3 - 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a multicultural environment.
Experience in recruiting Russian-speaking candidates is highly preferred.
