Operate and assist in the programming and setup of CNC woodworking machines to produce high-quality furniture, joinery, and wood components as per design drawings and project specifications.
Support senior CNC operators and production supervisors in machine preparation, calibration, and tooling setup.
Load materials, execute assigned CNC programs, and monitor machine operations to ensure precision and quality.
Inspect finished wood components for accuracy, dimensions, and surface finish using measuring instruments and templates.
Assist in performing minor machine adjustments, tool changes, and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the CNC workstation, tools, and materials.
Follow detailed work instructions, CAD/CAM data, and production schedules to meet project deadlines.
Collaborate with the design and production teams to resolve any dimensional or technical discrepancies during fabrication.
Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company standards and quality requirements.
Contribute to improving workflow efficiency and reducing material waste through proper handling and operation practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma or Technical Certificate in Wood Technology, Carpentry, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
1–3 years of experience operating CNC woodworking machines (entry-level candidates with technical training will be considered).
Basic knowledge of CNC operations, G-code, and wood machining processes.
Familiarity with woodworking tools, joinery techniques, and finishing standards.
Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, cutting lists, and production instructions.
Proficient in using measuring instruments such as calipers, rulers, and gauges.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to quality output.
Good communication and teamwork skills with a proactive learning attitude.
Understanding of workshop safety procedures and machine operation guidelines.
GCC experience is an advantage.
