Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting C Lead Generation
a. Build and maintain a 3x pipeline (150+ qualified leads) to support 50 conversions.
b. Utilize multichannel outreach: LinkedIn, referrals, industry associations, WhatsApp business lists, webinars, email sequences.
2. Consultative Selling
a. Conduct financial pain-point diagnostics (cash flow visibility, compliance gaps, delayed closings, VAT errors).
b. Position tailored MAS packages (Starter / Growth / Comprehensive / CFO Lite).
3. Relationship C Trust Building
a. Engage founders, finance managers, and operations heads.
b. Convert trial or diagnostic reviews into recurring contracts.
4. Proposal C Closing
a. Prepare structured proposals with SLA, scope matrix, price tiers, and onboarding timeline.
b. Negotiate terms while preserving margin thresholds.
5. Onboarding Coordination
a. Handover to implementation: document checklist (chart of accounts, historical ledgers, VAT filings, payroll inputs).
6. Market Intelligence
a. Track objections, competitor pricing, preferred contract terms.
7. Reporting
a. Maintain CRM hygiene (stage velocity, CAC per channel, win/loss reasons).
b. Weekly funnel report: Prospects Meetings Proposals Wins Active Conversion %.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
 3–6+ years B2B service sales (accounting outsourcing, SaaS finance, ERP, compliance or consulting).
 Strong understanding of accounting cycle (AP/AR, VAT filing, closings, management reporting).
 Proven record hitting aggressive new-logo targets.
 Skilled in consultative discovery C ROI articulation.
 CRM proficiency (HubSpot / Zoho / Salesforce) C sales automation discipline.
 Comfortable with metrics, pipeline math, and unit economics.
 High follow-up rigor, objection reframing, negotiation C margin protection skills.
 Bilingual (Arabic C English) an advantage.

Driving License Requirement (choose version):
 Mandatory version: Must hold a valid Saudi (or transferable GCC) driving license and be able to travel for client meetings across assigned territories.
 Preferred version: Valid Saudi (or GCC) driving license and access to a car strongly preferred for on-site prospect and client visits.
 Alternative wording: Ability and legal eligibility to travel to client premises (including possession of a current Saudi driving license) is required.
