Super Sign LLC is looking for a skilled and proactive Procurement Engineer to join our team in the UAE. This role involves managing purchasing activities, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring efficient procurement processes to support company operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage purchasing activities for various projects and company requirements.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and supplier information.
Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate favorable terms.
Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE procurement standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
1–3 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the UAE market.
Strong knowledge of materials, suppliers, and procurement procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Fluent in English.
