Progress Star Building Contracting LLC, a fast-growing and reputable construction company based in Dubai, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Project Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in civil engineering with hands-on experience managing construction projects in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate, and manage on-site construction activities to ensure timely project completion according to specifications.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain smooth project operations.
• Monitor site progress, prepare daily and weekly reports, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Review technical drawings, identify discrepancies, and implement practical engineering solutions.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and client requirements.
• Support the Project Manager in project planning, procurement, and resource allocation.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 to 7 years of relevant UAE construction industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and UAE regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera P6 / MS Project, and other project management tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
