We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper with hands-on accounting experience in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Tagalog and English and able to manage financial records accurately and independently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily bookkeeping and all financial transactions.
• Process invoices, payments, and expense reports efficiently.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure financial accuracy.
• Maintain organized accounting records and documentation.
• Assist with audits, payroll processing, and VAT filing.
• Support budgeting activities and manage petty cash as needed.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting within the UAE.
• Proficiency in Xero (mandatory); knowledge of QuickBooks and Zoho is a plus.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial best practices.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
