Our client is a Dubai-based G+12 licensed consultancy, operating within the domains of Engineering and Architecture.
The Job
Act as the primary point of contact between the company and local government authorities, including ADM, ADDC, Civil Defense, and others.
Prepare, submit, and track all required documentation for project approvals, NOCs, permits, and inspections.
Monitor and interpret local authority regulations, ensuring company practices remain compliant with the latest updates.
Utilize digital platforms (MePS, e-Services, etc.) to process online applications and approvals.
Maintain accurate records of submission timelines, approvals, and correspondence with regulatory bodies.
Coordinate internally with design, engineering, and project teams to gather required documentation and resolve authority-related queries.
Anticipate potential regulatory issues and proactively resolve delays or non-compliance risks.
Ideal Candidate
3–5 years of proven UAE experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked on Abu Dhabi-based projects.
In-depth knowledge of local authority requirements, codes, and digital submission platforms.
Proficient in using MePS, e-Services, and various UAE government portals.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external stakeholders.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple submission cycles simultaneously.
