Planning Engineer

Job Location : UAE

Responsibilities :

• Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and procurement to capture progress data.
• Prepare and maintain baseline programs, S-curves, manpower histograms, and resource plans.
• Perform critical path and schedule risk analysis; flag delays and recovery options.
• Produce DPR, WPR, MPR and client/management progress reports.
• Assist in EOT claims and delay analysis (prospective/retrospective).
• Support project meetings with planning inputs to ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure alignment with contract requirements and internal procedures.
• Maintain robust documentation of updates, revisions, and progress records.

Requirements :

• 6+ years relevant experience (min. 4 years GCC mandatory).
• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (required).
• Oil & Gas experience required; ADNOC project background preferred.
• Primavera P6 proficiency required; strong Excel skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred; max 1-month notice accepted.
• Age below 40.
