We are urgently seeking a highly skilled Dermatology Specialist (Immediate Joiner) a reputable healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Dermatology Specialist is responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of skin, hair, and nail disorders in patients of all ages. The role involves performing clinical assessments, dermatologic procedures, and providing both medical and cosmetic dermatology care. The specialist ensures high-quality, evidence-based, and patient-centered services in compliance with professional and ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide consultation, diagnosis, and treatment for acute and chronic dermatological conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, acne, dermatitis, fungal infections, and skin cancers.
Perform minor dermatologic and aesthetic procedures including biopsies, cryotherapy, electrocautery, chemical peels, and laser treatments.
Conduct skin examinations to identify early signs of skin cancer and other serious conditions.
Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor therapeutic responses.
Prescribe and manage medications, topical treatments, and phototherapy where indicated.
Offer guidance and counseling on skincare, prevention, and management of dermatologic issues.
Maintain accurate, detailed medical documentation and patient records.
Collaborate with other medical specialists and healthcare professionals for multidisciplinary care.
Participate in departmental meetings, clinical audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
Stay up to date with advancements in dermatology and integrate evidence-based practices into patient care.
Ensure adherence to infection control, safety, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution.
Specialization: Board-certified or Fellowship in Dermatology.
Licensure: Valid medical license or eligibility to practice as a Dermatology Specialist in [country/region].
