Sales Manager – Real Estate Developer
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Casagrand, a leading real estate developer in the UAE. The ideal candidate will possess solid experience in property sales and a strong understanding of the UAE real estate landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive off-plan property sales through effective client engagement and relationship management.
• Maintain and expand a strong network of real estate brokers and industry contacts.
• Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the UAE real estate market, including trends and opportunities.
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations and close deals efficiently.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience working with a real estate developer in the UAE.
• Proven track record of successful property sales and deal closures.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be currently based in Dubai and available to join immediately.
• Ambitious, self-driven, and target-oriented personality.
