Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in managing large-scale construction projects, preferably in Saudi Arabia
Proven track record in managing multiple construction phases and teams
Strong understanding of construction methods, safety standards, and project management tools
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
