Key Responsibilities:
Clean and tidy assigned guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and service areas according to hotel standards.
Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels and amenities daily.
Vacuum carpets, sweep/mop floors, dust furniture, and polish fixtures.
Replenish minibar items and room supplies as needed.
Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and maintained properly.
Follow hotel procedures for handling lost and found items.
Adhere to hygiene, sanitation, and safety policies, including proper use of cleaning chemicals.
Provide courteous and professional service to guests at all times.
Assist with laundry duties, public area cleaning, or special cleaning projects as required.
Maintain housekeeping carts and storerooms in a neat, organized condition.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a Room Attendant or Housekeeping Attendant in a hotel or similar establishment (freshers may be considered).
