Key Responsibilities:
Plan and implement daily lessons and activities based on the curriculum and learning objectives.
Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment.
Teach foundational concepts in language, mathematics, science, art, and social skills.
Encourage social interaction, teamwork, and positive behavior among children.
Assess students’ progress through observation, assessments, and record-keeping.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress, achievements, and areas for improvement.
Organize and supervise classroom activities, field trips, and special events.
Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the needs of children with varying abilities.
Maintain classroom cleanliness, order, and safety standards.
Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development sessions.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field (preferred).
Certification: Teaching license or relevant certification.
