Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for a specific class or homeroom of students.
Plan and deliver lessons in accordance with the school curriculum across assigned subjects.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and reporting to parents and school administration.
Manage classroom behavior, ensuring a safe, positive, and disciplined learning environment.
Maintain student records, including attendance, grades, and personal development reports.
Conduct homeroom activities, meetings, and discussions that support student well-being and social skills.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress, concerns, and achievements.
Support students’ personal, social, and emotional development through guidance and mentorship.
Collaborate with other teachers, staff, and school leadership to enhance teaching practices and school programs.
Organize and supervise field trips, extracurricular activities, and school events as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Elementary Education, or relevant subject specialization.
Certification: Teaching license or relevant accreditation.
