Key Responsibilities:
Source and procure materials, equipment, and services for interior fit-out and joinery projects.
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure best quality and cost.
Prepare purchase orders, maintain procurement records, and track deliveries.
Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and finance departments to meet project requirements.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
Assist in cost control, budgeting, and reporting for procurement activities.
Resolve any procurement-related issues, delays, or discrepancies proactively.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Graduate (preferably in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field).
Experience: Minimum 6–8 years in the UAE, specifically in the Interior Fit-out / Joinery industry.
Other Requirements: Must possess a valid UAE Driving License.
