Qualifications:

Prior experience in a receptionist or front desk role, preferably in hospitality.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Polite, professional, and approachable demeanor.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Familiarity with scheduling software, office systems, or databases.
