Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for interior fit-out and joinery projects.
Monitor project costs, manage variations, and prepare interim and final accounts.
Review and manage subcontractor and supplier contracts.
Conduct site visits to verify quantities, work progress, and quality of work.
Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and procurement teams to control costs.
Prepare regular cost reports, forecasts, and financial statements for management review.
Evaluate and process contractor payment applications.
Ensure compliance with contractual terms, company policies, and UAE regulations.
Maintain accurate records of project expenditures, materials, and labor costs.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or timelines.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Engineering Graduate / PG (Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management).
Experience: Minimum 6–8 years in the UAE, specifically in the Interior Fit-out / Joinery Industry.
Other Requirements: Must possess a valid UAE Driving License.
