Key Responsibilities:
Supervise students during school hours, including classrooms, recess, lunch, and extracurricular activities.
Monitor student behavior and enforce school policies and regulations.
Assist teachers in classroom management and support academic activities.
Provide guidance and support to students on personal, social, and academic matters.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and incidents.
Coordinate with parents, teachers, and administration regarding student progress and concerns.
Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times.
Support school events, field trips, and extracurricular activities.
Foster a positive and inclusive school culture.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Graduate (Education, Child Development, or related field preferred).
Experience: 2–5 years in student supervision, mentoring, or school administration.
