Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner.
Handle check-in, check-out, and room assignments efficiently.
Manage room reservations via phone, email, and online systems.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints.
Process payments, invoices, and maintain accurate billing records.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments for seamless service.
Maintain logs, reports, and records of daily front desk activities.
Ensure compliance with safety, security, and confidentiality policies.

Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with property management systems.
Professional appearance and etiquette.
