Elite Group Holding is seeking a skilled Assistant Finance Manager to oversee financial operations and support project-based accounting activities across our construction portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities and a solid understanding of UAE finance regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead progressive billing and ensure accurate, timely invoicing aligned with project milestones
• Manage accounts payable/receivable, treasury operations, and cash flow for multiple project sites
• Oversee project-based accounting, cost tracking, and profitability assessments
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and provide audit support
• Strengthen internal controls and enhance overall financial accuracy
• Collaborate with project teams to forecast budgets and drive strong financial performance
Skills & Qualifications: 
• 5–7 years of experience in construction finance, including 2–3 years in a supervisory position within the UAE
• Proficient in Excel, SAP, and UAE VAT processes
• Must hold a CA, ACCA, or CPA certification
• Background with one of the Big 4 firms is a strong advantage
