Receptionist
Job Location : United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
•	Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
•	Answer phone calls and redirect them to the appropriate person
•	Respond to all inquiries and provide accurate information about IIQAF’s services
•	Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
•	Maintain a clean and organized reception area
•	Assist in coordinating and organizing meetings and events
•	Handle office supply orders and maintain inventory
•	Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information
•	Perform general administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications :
•	High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or any relevant field is a plus
•	Proven experience as a Receptionist or similar role
•	Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
•	Excellent communication and customer service skills
•	Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
•	Professional appearance and attitude
•	Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•	Fluency in multiple languages is desired but not required
