Minimum Criteria
• Demonstrated track record of strong, sales-driven achievements within the Construction Chemicals sector
(focused specifically on admixtures and concrete technologies)
• Currently resident in Saudi Arabia with full awareness of the regional construction market
• Valid Saudi driving licence
• Excellent command of English and Arabic, both written and verbal
• Robust technical competence in concrete admixtures and their applications
• Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders
including ready-mix producers, contractors and consultants
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation capability and presentation skills
Key Responsibilities
• Achieve sustained sales growth and defined revenue objectives
• Promote and position CASTECH’s product portfolio to drive project specifications
• Conduct technical presentations, site support and performance demonstrations
• Develop and expand market share through strategic customer engagement
• Track project pipelines and convert opportunities into successful sales outcomes
• Ensure accurate reporting, CRM management and market intelligence updates
• Uphold and represent CASTECH’s corporate values and professional standards
