Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for various functions: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and role specifications.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and headhunting.
Conduct preliminary interviews and assessments to shortlist candidates.
Maintain candidate database, recruitment reports, and dashboards for management.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Participate in employer branding activities and campus hiring initiatives.
Stay updated with recruitment trends, market intelligence, and salary benchmarks.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies, employment laws, and regulations.
Coordinate offer management, background verification, and onboarding processes.

Requirements:
Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
Proficient in job portals, LinkedIn, ATS, and social recruiting tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong stakeholder management abilities and business partnering mindset.
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
Analytical skills for tracking recruitment metrics and reporting.
Team player with attention to detail and confidentiality.
