Responsibilities:
Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately at the point of sale.
Issue receipts, refunds, or change as required.
Maintain a balanced cash drawer and report discrepancies immediately.
Provide friendly and efficient customer service, addressing queries and assisting customers as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting procedures, and cash handling guidelines.
Coordinate with store or finance teams for daily cash reconciliation and reporting.
Assist in inventory checks and stock management when required.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area.
Adhere to safety and security protocols for cash management.

Requirements:
Strong numerical and calculation skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash and transactions.
Basic understanding of POS systems and accounting principles.
Ability to work under pressure during peak hours.
Integrity and trustworthiness in managing cash and sensitive information.
