We are seeking a highly professional Executive / CEO Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Director and senior leadership team in Dubai. This role requires a proactive, efficient, and adaptable individual who can manage administrative responsibilities while maintaining a welcoming office environment.
Key Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of experience supporting executives in an international corporate setting
• Proven expertise in secretarial and administrative tasks
• Strong proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite
• Flexible working hours; availability after office hours and on weekends when required
• Ability to manage scheduling, calls, meeting notes, and daily office operations
• Welcoming and professional demeanor to greet guests and maintain a positive office atmosphere
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Efficient, proactive, and able to positively contribute to company culture
