Elmar Marinas LLC is looking for a skilled Procurement & Logistics Coordinator to manage and streamline supply chain operations at their Fujairah site. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and equipment, while coordinating logistics to support marine and construction projects efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full procurement lifecycle for project materials, equipment, and services.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, negotiate competitive pricing, and favorable contract terms.
• Oversee all logistics operations, including transportation, customs clearance, and shipping documentation.
• Track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and proactively resolve any logistical delays.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to align with project requirements.
• Collaborate with project management to forecast material needs and plan procurement accordingly.
• Prepare detailed procurement and logistics reports for compliance, auditing, and management review.
• Ensure adherence to company procurement policies, health, and safety standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in procurement and logistics coordination.
• Prior experience in the construction or marine industries is highly preferred.
• Strong vendor management, negotiation, and supply chain coordination skills.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualification: Estimated Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree holder or equivalent in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, or related field
Salary: AED 5000 to 10000
