Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to students with diverse learning needs and abilities
Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with other teachers, specialists, and parents
Assess students’ abilities, progress, and needs to provide targeted support
Modify curriculum content, resources, and assessment methods to accommodate learning differences
Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment
Work closely with classroom teachers to integrate SEN students into mainstream lessons when possible
Maintain accurate student records, progress reports, and documentation in compliance with school policies
Provide emotional and behavioral support to students as needed
Qualification:
B.Ed. or recognized Teaching Degree (mandatory)
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or related field preferred
UK-qualified and experienced in the British Curriculum (mandatory)
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience (preferably in SEN or inclusive education)
Experience in a UK/British Curriculum school required
