Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain the QA/QC plan for the project
Ensure all materials, equipment, and workmanship meet quality standards and project specifications
Conduct inspections, audits, and tests at different project stages
Review project documentation, drawings, and reports to verify compliance with standards
Identify quality issues, propose corrective actions, and follow up until resolution
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure quality objectives are met
Prepare and submit QA/QC reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and daily/weekly quality reports
Ensure compliance with international codes, client requirements, and company procedures
Train and supervise QA/QC team members
Participate in client inspections, meetings, and handovers
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, standards, and codes

Attention to detail and analytical thinking
Qualification:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or relevant Engineering discipline
Professional certifications in quality management (ISO, Six Sigma, etc.) are preferred
Experience:
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in QA/QC roles in construction or engineering projects
Proven experience managing QA/QC teams on large-scale projects
Familiarity with industry standards, codes, and safety regulations
