Responsibilities:
Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately and efficiently
Greet and assist customers in Arabic, ensuring a friendly and professional service
Maintain the cash register and reconcile cash at the end of shifts
Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies
Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and well-stocked
Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and purchases
Follow company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and security
Report any discrepancies or issues to the store supervisor or manager
Support the sales team in achieving daily sales targets
Ensure compliance with company standards, safety, and hygiene regulations
Qualification:
Minimum: Higher Secondary / Graduate
Proficiency in Arabic (verbal and written) is mandatory
Basic knowledge of computers and POS systems is preferred
