Qualifications:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant, secretary, or in a similar role, preferably within HR.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices is a plus.
