Green Concrete LLC is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will manage project documentation efficiently, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely distribution across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain project documents in accordance with company and industry standards
• Ensure accuracy, organization, and timely distribution of all project documentation
• Use ERP systems and document management software (e.g., Aconex, Procore) for document control
• Maintain compliance with document control standards and requirements
• Support multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure records are precise and well-organized
Requirements:
• Minimum 2–4 years of UAE experience in document control or project documentation, preferably in construction or ready-mix concrete industry
• Proficiency in ERP systems and document management software
• Strong knowledge of document control processes, standards, and compliance
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
