Assembling an elite operations team for a major upcoming event in Saudi Arabia, taking place from December 3rd to December 20th, 2025
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or related fields.
Experience: 5–10 years of sales, retail, or operations experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or zonal leadership role.
Requirements:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Analytical mindset and ability to interpret sales and operational data.
Ability to travel extensively within the assigned zone.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM or ERP tools.
Responsibilities
Manage, guide, and motivate branch managers and sales teams within the zone to achieve business targets.
Develop and implement regional sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities within the zone.
Ensure operational efficiency, compliance with company policies, and adherence to quality standards.
Conduct periodic performance reviews, coaching, and training sessions for team members.
Handle escalations from branches or clients and resolve operational or customer issues.
Prepare and submit reports on sales, revenue, inventory, and operational performance to senior management.
