Admin Accountant
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Administrative Duties :
• Oversee day-to-day office operations and maintain a well-organized work environment.
• Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and correspondence.
• Handle employee records and maintain HR documentation.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
Qualifications and Skills :
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, UAE VAT regulations, and statutory compliance.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
