Assembling an elite operations team for a major upcoming event in Saudi Arabia, taking place from December 3rd to December 20th, 2025
Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and oversee all F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, room service, and banquets.
Recruit, train, and supervise F&B staff to ensure high service standards.
Monitor inventory, food cost, and beverage cost to ensure budget compliance.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards (e.g., HACCP, local regulations).
Develop menus, promotional offers, and seasonal specials in collaboration with chefs and marketing teams.
Handle guest complaints, feedback, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Diploma / Bachelor’s in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or related field.
Experience: 5+ years in food & beverage operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Skills: Leadership, budgeting, inventory management, knowledge of F&B regulations, and customer service excellence.
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
